Dear customers, suppliers, business partners and the general public.

 

The company VIVI CAMPOS handcraft, whose company name is Vivi Campos Artesanato, and corporate name is 35859814 Viviane Campos Passos Pereira, registered with the BR CNPJ under No. 35.859.814/0001-60, would like to explain to the public that it may be the victim of the improper use of its business identity by third parties to carry out fraud and scams on the internet.

 

On 07 May 2025 we received a public accusation of commercial fraud. As this is not a sale made by our company, we would like to inform you that unauthorised individuals may be posing as representatives of our company, using our name, brand or visual identity on digital platforms to mislead consumers into purchasing products that we do not know about and making undue payments that we have not received.

 

We would like to explain that our company has no connection whatsoever with these fraudulent actions and that all our legitimate communications and sales are carried out exclusively through our official channels:

We reiterate our commitment to ethics, transparency and security in commercial relations. Legal action is already being taken with the competent authorities, including the registration of a police report.

 

We ask anyone who has received suspicious contact, unusual offers or who has been the victim of any attempted scam supposedly in the name of the VIVI CAMPOS handicraft company, not to provide any personal data and not to make any payments of any kind.
